     On the campaign trail this past week, Vice President Kamala Harris and her running mate, Gov. Tim Walz visited Eau Claire, Wisconsin. As the rally concluded, they exited the long blue stage.  Just as they got to the end of the stage walkway, Tim jumped down and immediately grabbed a book from a little girl in the crowd standing with her Mom, pen in hand. Tim then ushered the book to Kamala, handing her the pen. Kamala then took the the time to not only sign the book, but to write the little girl a note. When I saw this, I knew I had to capture it.  -A. Delight

 I decided to submit a painting to a local art show. It has been years since I have painted in oil and had a piece on public display so I wanted to challenge myself. This is a 36"x48" canvas.  I participated in the 16th Annual Art Show at the B U O Y Gallery in Kittery, Maine.  My oil painting of my daughter and two dogs was on display for the public this Spring. I joined over 500 other local artist in this display. Every piece in the exhibit was created in the month of February.  Thank you to everyone that came out to see it.
